The real reason for Ireland's free of snakes!

The real reason for Ireland's free of snakes!
But a National Geographic survey in 2014 reveals the real reason behind the disappearance of snakes from Ireland and is certainly not thanks to Christian Saint Patrick! How did that happen?
During the Ice Age, Ireland and England were so cold that the life of cold-blooded reptiles was not as good as snakes. But ten thousand years ago, glaciers were transformed and the Earth broke up with the problem of Europe, England and Ireland, which allowed the migration of living things, including animals that entered Ireland, including brown bears, thorns and wild boars.

During the melting of glaciers, the land was covered between Ireland and England 8,500 years ago, but the land between Europe and Britain went underwater 6,500 years ago, allowing snakes to slide over the earth. Mark Ryan, director of the Center for Poisoning at the Louisiana Center for Health Sciences at the University of Louisiana, commented: "There are no snakes in Ireland for the simple reason that they could not get there because of the climate that was not favorable to their lives there.

Ireland is not the only place in the world free of snakes. There are no local species of snakes in Iceland, Greenland, Hawaii, New Zealand, parts of Canada, northern Russia and, of course, Antarctica. Which means that St. Patrick was very busy during his life to those who believe that the reason for the country's free of snakes!
