Punish Texas groomer that whacked customer’s dog several times!
This is the service provided by Pet Smart, situated on 19945 Katy Fwy in Houston, Texas: you trust your beloved pet dog’s wellbeing to this institution, only to discover the groomer who was supposed to look after your dog is smacking your best friend over the head several times.
This is exactly what happened to Brooke Vowers.
The groomer at fault is Charlotte Barnes. Upset that the dog wasn’t willing to follow her orders and stay put during the hair trimming session, Ms. Barnes took it upon herself to hit the poor animal over its head several times; the terrified look on the dog’s face as he was viciously grabbed and pounded is a perfect example why no pet owner should take their animals to this place ever again.
I was simply at shock about seeing those distressing images. Such behavior is simply outrageous and cannot be condoned under any circumstances.
